How It Works
Alpha Encryptor uses the AES-GCM encryption algorithm (a variant of AES) to transform your plain text into encrypted ciphertext using a passphrase you provide. The encryption process happens entirely in your browser using the Web Crypto API, ensuring your data never touches our servers.
Important: Your passphrase is the key to your encrypted data. If you lose your passphrase, there is no way to recover your encrypted information. We cannot help you recover lost passphrases because we never see or store them.
